Oil Vent Stuck

Hey all, Attempting to winterize my mercruiser I/O 140. I cant get the oil vent out to save my life!


Anyone have any tips?

Thanks I will give that a try!

Do you know if these plugs should have rubber 0 wrings on them, this is my first time removing and I noticed that the lower plug has no o ring on it.

Oil was looking a little milky has me concerned that its taking in water.

These take a paper gasket and should be replaced every time you remove the plug. Make sure you get all the old one out. Milky oil in the drive means water is getting into the drive.
