electric fuell pump? If so i would suspect either the wiring at the oil pressure switch or the switch itself. That switch sends power to the fuel pump in the run position. When the key is turned to start it runs the pump till you let off key in the run positiion then the switch takes over.

My oil pressure gauge works ok tho? Would that still have issues with fuel pump? I checked the power to pump with test light no power or is it less then 12volts and I couldnt read it?Thanks for help

go to the Adults Only section and download the manual for your application, read up on the fuel system section to have a better understanding on how the elec pump is wired.

I already did I see wire goes from Battery to starter then oil sensor the over to fuel pump. Is that sensor different from the oil pressure sensor on dash board? Thanks

Yes, it's an oil pressure switch, not a gauge sender. Should be down on the port/aft part of the block with 2 wires going to it.

Oil will pi$$ out of there if you start it. Not running, no oil flow. That oil pressure switch is there to kill the fuel pump when you have no oil pressure. Bypassing it may start the motor but you might not have any oil pressure. Be careful there, its a built-in safety.

To test the switch you can connect the 2 wires together. If it starts, the switch is bad. I wouldn't run any more than testing this way though.
