Trying to find out correct year and fuel mixture for my newly purchased outboard. The guy who sold it to me thought it was a 1962. It is teal or aquamarine in color and the serial number is 6702D C549227 Any help would be greatly appreciated!
That would be 1967. Evinrude didn't make a 6 horse in 1962. Fuel mix is 50:1, 87 octane gas to TC-W3 outboard oil. Correct plug is Champion J6C gapped at .030.
