old evinrude outboard

I know of an old Evinrude with the number 4296-02466. Does anyone know how old it is? What would be a reasonable price for this engine? It does not run. Thanks. Jerry S

1939 Evinrude Sportsman 2 hp. Value is too subjective. Not running, I'd expect anything from $0-100 depending on condition.
