Old Evinrude year?

I just came into possession of an old Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5 Ser.# 7520-04263. Started searching the web and found this greats site. Can anyone tell me what year it is so I can find a manual and other info? Thank you!

Rick -- thnaks for the info and site links -- both were helpful. The motor, a gift on a 14' aluminum boat, runs like silk, but I will eventually have to make some adjustments. As this is a new area for me, I have to do some self-education. I'd welcome any other suggestions you think might be useful. Thanks again. Tom

Tom, about the only thing I would do in the future, if it has'nt been done in a while, is change the Water Pump impeller every 2 years or so and make sure you are using the correct fuel to oil ratio. Sounds like it runs great now, so I would'nt worry about the Pump right now, but you may want to change it at the end of the season. Be sure to change the lower unit lube and winterize it properly before you put it up for the year. All that will be covered in the Manual! Good Luck and have fun!
