Hello folks.
I am resurrecting old Mercury 175 V6 from 1976 (ish) .
Ignition system was rebuilt and I have stable sparks on all cylinders.
Now over to the carburetor. To start with - it is leaking fuel from the air intakes. I tried to run engine - it was starting rough and quickly stalling, but I had to finish my attempts as it was real fire hazard due to fuel leak.
Engine S/N is 4303196
Carbs marking are MERCARB 1374-5427. I did not fined any WH or anything else.
I am looking for any pointers of how to rebuild this carbs, any videos, pictures...
Thanks.

all wh series are basically tha same as for tha way they are rebuilt.. if yours are still factory '76 models you need ta find a set of later wh series.. tha old ones still have tha "round floats" that are susceptible to fuel saturation and are really, really, really scarce..
you can use any wh that came from any 2.0 merc/mariner (pre '91) but you may/may not need ta use tha jetting (mains and idle) from your old ones.. don't worry 'bout tha vents, they aren't necessary anyway....

99% of tha time this is all you will need ta rebuild a wh (unless your floats are bad)... any wh.. https://www.ebay.com/itm/335996220199?_skw=mercury+WH+carburetors+rebuild+kit&itmmeta=01JYYYKYSWCAPFRBQ9BT9MW4FB&hash=item4e3aef7327:g:KuIAAOSwm0doWDAC&itmprp=enc:AQAKAAAA4FkggFvd1GGDu0w3yXCmi1dU1tYCBzUz5Z/2T+ipUG2c1wj3hJs4Bd74SllTF/YqVQQcdhTgJVbF2kjoX6OxE+YAdZpqQ1vE/i4qB5KAJvXDWBoqYUCskbARRqJa1w3CIEzfY1ZzLvLjP6UP8SGNoknrV6tYYTz8gCxGuZiHGInllf15hIVsAp1cEBQf+stK6bkqy81h1LKnHy69W/N/j0Gn21iVSQeVEFLKOyOn2MeU2rF5pSbBwO64AEKDJDDDWqwCY4TrMzodpaBcFNnCsyi2SdbWe0c5oILgpr0XXVu+|tkp:Bk9SR4Tuz973ZQ
