Well, Merc has discontinued everything on the lower end, as in "prop and parts", but I can give you the P/N's and maybe that will help in your search...
9X10= 31504A 1
9X9= 32364A 1
Collar= 12-31980A 2
Washer= 12-30524
Washer= 12-20084
Nut= 11-826709_11
michigan wheel ID for the props above=9X10= PM11, OR 032016. The 9X9= PM10, or 032015.
Check ebay for these P/N's or another idea would be to contact twincity outboard-google that and you'll get the link to there web page..contact them, they may have what you need. Best I can do.
