OK I will start PO code 1351....depending on menu FORD ,DOGGE ,GM.....you have a short in igniction system,check whole system harness first test if iok....GM .checkwire between ICM ign control modlule..and VCM main ECM other words Computer if different than 4.9volts you have a problelm .......short ,bad connect ,green wire.groundi f tesrs good ICM bad or nWIRE BETWEEN ICM AND VCM ..on GM you search yellow ign switch,security..or pink wire ignition circuit for shorts high ohms resistance between contectors a open or short other the same but tests may be in volts also or OHMS and ign wiring will defigure....go figure lol's
