Old school toilet to live well.

I have an 72 sportscraft with a old pump out toilet which is illegal to use nowadays. So since it’s just in the boat I want to make it a live well.
is this possible?

You mean the holding tank itself? Not so sure you could clean it enough to get the smell out, or the chemicals people use to treat them.

No stress I’ll figure something out. I found some diy projects with a cooler to build a live well. All I need it for is a day or so.
