Old Viking Outboard

I have just acquired an old viking outboard but it is seized up. If anyone knows a way to unseize these old engines please let me know or even an expermential way. If i cant get it unseized i will give it to anyone who wants it (toronto area). I did post this earlier but then i went to check on it and it disappeared. anyone who can help please do.

Pull the plugs and spray some PB Blaster or Kroil in the cylinders. Set in the bench with the plug holes up. Take a strap wrench or old belt and try to work the flywheel back and forth. Keep doing the soak and strap wrench for a few days. If it's going to loosen up, you'll know it in about 4-5 days or less.
