Old Yamaha outboard Identification

I was given an old Yamaha outboard and I am trying to find out what year/model it is.

I looked at the sticky post in this section but the plate on my outboard is not the same.

I am trying to buy a service manual for it to get it running. It was fixed up a few years ago but was never used. It is a P-165, the only numbers I can find on it is S23316.

I am looking for info in spark plugs, oil, maintenance, all that kind of stuff. I have no experience with outboard engines.

I am hoping a carb cleaning, fresh plugs, fresh gas will get it running. Any other fluids need to be changes or parts greassed?

It is running great now but I am just wondering if there is a tell tale on this engine. It is from the 70's. It is staying cool but I would like to know if their is a tell tale. Thank you.
