older Motorguide Stealth problem

Have a 1995? Motorguide Stealth 30lb thrust .Use on 14' Jon for duck hunting. Has been a workhorse and more power than newer model. It has a "squeeze" power button on rectangle handle. Two speeds forward and two speeds reverse. Went to use it last week and has no reverse. Took cover off and can't see any loose wires. Probably sealed switch? I'm not much of a mechanic. Anyone have any suggestions ?

If what you call the "power" button is separate from the "forward & reverse" selection, then the "Power" button is not the problem. If it was, forward would not work either. The issue is probably the forward/reverse select switch.
