omc 140 , 400 outdrive exhaust diffuser ring

I am trying to locate a diffuser ring for my prop. The prop is a 13.75 X 15 Michigan part #99210313 I have searched around and cant locate one. Maybe I don't have the correct name for the part but I can't even find the prop with the number.

I think I'm having an issue with "ventilation", I read the explanation of ventilation and it seams to describe my issue. Excess air around the prop and a loss of bite in the water, loss of forward thrust and a over revving motor and prop. It only seems to happen when the boat is fully loaded and at high rpm/speed. It doesn't happen with only two people.

I found an OMC diffuser ring once, but it was way harder than it should have been as I recall. tricky to get on in 1 piece too. heat it in the oven if you find one. Most MiWheel props I have had didn't employ the plastic diffuser.
seeing as that michigan number is not recognized by google, it
might be way easier to just pick up another prop and use yours as a spare.
