Omc 2.3 liter coupler replacement

My local marine dealer confirmed that I need to replace the coupler on my 2.3 liter (FORD) OMC. If you have done this procedure, I would like your advice. I know I will need to pull the outdrive and the engine. Anyone know the weight of these motors so I can prepare the right size hoist. Thanks.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... Just guessin',.... just under 100 lbs for the drive, 'n 'bout 500 lbs for the motor, fully dressed,....
