Hi everyone. I have question regarding the exhaust flapper that I replaced on my 1990 OMC 2.3 L Cobra TKO. Should the new flapper have any resistance to it or should it hang freely on the pin that holds it in place? Mine moves easily but will maintain any position that I set it to.I used oil when I assembled it but was wondering if it should be snug or loose. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
