OMC 3.0 liter electronic ignition conversion

I have a 1985 Searay with a 3.0 liter engine and I have replaced the engine with a 2002, 3.0 liter engine. The new engine came with electronic ignition. The wiring harness is from 1985 and had a standard ignition. Does anyone know which old coil wires go to where, on the new engine? There is a pigtail with two wires coming out of the new coil now and a wires connecting the coil to the distributor. Thanks, Ron
