omc 4.3, just rebuilt holley 2300. won't start

Hi all. Last weekend I had the motor running. Took holley 2300 off, replaced the pump diaphram, power valve, cleaned jets and nozzles, adjusted float and replaced gaskets.
Reinstalled tonight and now I can't get it running. It's definitely getting gas. I can turn up the throttle and it will want to start, it does and sputters but that's about it. Was going to take it out tomorrow for my daughter's birthday so hoping it's an easy fix. Please help. Thanks

Hi guys, just took the carb apart again. The power valve that the kit came with us a 6.5
Is that to big? Unfortunately I threw away the old one without looking at it. Lesson learned.
