I have a 1989 4Winns with the 4.3 OMC and I noticed oil back by the distributer plus oil in the bilge has this engine had a problem with oil leaks? Thanks Allen
Not Generally Speaking......<br />But, It sounds like Yours Does.....<br />Back in that area you Do or May have;<br />The Dist. gasket..<br />The Rear Intake gasket...<br />Possibly an Oil Pressure sending Unit....
Well I just took it out after cleaning the oil off. Went for 45 minutes at 3600 rpm's and I didn't lose any oil and there wasn't any new oil on the manifold so I'm just going to watch it close. Thank's. Allen
