omc 800 to alpha adaptor plate

I saw one of these on a website a while back but I can't remember where it was. It was a thick metal plate that is made to be able to adapt the hole in the transom for an omc 800 to a merc alpha. It was made in production and sold for like 7 or 800 bucks. Anybody know anything about it?

Too bad they don't have any pictures. They don't say anything regarding motor height differences.

Maybe, maybe not Scuba. I've seen just the opposite as well. Great looking site... poor service.
