OMC and Mercruiser 120 HP engines

I have a cracked block on my 120 HP inboard Mercruiser engine. I have a chance to buy a working 120 HP OMC inboard engine. The engines look very similar. Will the Mercruiser stern drive assembly bolt onto the OMC 120 hp engine? I would like to use this engine in my boat if I can.

Use the OMC block, and transfer the coupling, bellhousing, manifold, front mount and other Merc parts to the OMC block.
