In my 94 chris craft I have twin OMC 5.0 cobras I/O. They were winterized last winter and now summerized. How ever one of them is SPEWING water right above the starter. Did i miss a plug or did a hose come undone? There is no water in the oil. any suggestions are welcome.

What is in the location of the leak? Power steering cooler, busted hose, hose off the hose barb?

Rubber end cap on the exhaust manifold. It should have been removed for the winterization and installed to commission. If it's missing or not clamped, it'll **** water. The starboard one is right above the starter on the 5.0

I hate to say it, but another possibility is that the engine wasn't winterized properly and resulted in a cracked block or failed galley plug (freeze plug).
