Omc cobra closed Cooling System

i just bought a 1994 striper sea swirl when I opened the tank that has the radiator cap on it it’s empty. From what I know about cars that’s a issue.

My guess is you didnt check things prior to buying.

is this a factory installation or an aftermarket installation for the heat exchanger?
what serial number motor?
got pics?

Put coolant in it and pressure test the system to find any leaks.

technically you pressure test systems empty.
