Omc cobra ho timing sensor

Can anyone help me out>? I have a 91 OMC COBRA HO setup. Can anyone tell me if that motor has a timing sensor? I have the plug in and it says the sensor is located on the upper flywheel housing but there is no sensor to be found or even look like there was a sensor there at one time. Does anyone know if this motor has a timing sensor?

Need a little bit more info on what you're working on. Also, at the top of the page when you first come into this forum is the 'Adults only' thread. I think you'll find a manual to download.

BTW..I would be very surprised to find there is a timing sensor on a '91 OMC anything but others will be along shortly who know much more than I.
