Phil,
Some of those are getting hard to find. I found ebasicpower.com to be a reliable source for 3rd party OMC Sterndrive parts. They are a true distributor, not a broker.

I would like to recommend Iboats... but in my experience, they don't stock too many OMC Sterndrive parts.

Seaway Marine in Seattle, WA. has been pretty reliable. They've come up with just about everything I've ever needed. 800-332-0803. Nothing is cheap, though.

There's a lot of stuff on ebay for these. If I still owned one of these drives I would seriously look for an entire spare drive. It would be cheaper and you'll have a complete set of spare parts.

I keep my eyes open on ebay for lower units and such. I also have a retired mechanic in my area who has a shed full of parts. I found it way cheaper to buy a lower unit complete then buying parts to fix one.

Yep for sure I have a 70 elect shift on my slickcraft. I found a pretty good lower for $200 on ebay a year ago.
