OMC I/O water coming from around prop

Ok I have been runnning 1988 Bay Liner in the yard on muffs,tuning ect. before entering water. Its a 3.0L OMC. I noticed water running out from between back of prop and the lower unit housing. prop spins free, does not seem to be any noise.Is this normal for water to be coming from that area? note there is not any water coming out of the exhuast thur prop.

Thank you thank you thank you, One less thing to think about. I for got mention anyway that I checked the oil in the lower unit and found no water.
