mine dont around kill switch but if i/o top rear of engine behind carb should find a big plug with a metal chrome holder in side is big glass 30 amp fuses of em. sometimes i had to laynard off and push rapidly on red button as it gets contacts corroided sitting during winter reconnect the laynard and good for rest of season.. theyre's 2 ideas for ya
If you want to figure out what your problem is, it would help if you posted some engine information, like size, make, model, model numbers, year. Type of outdrive etc.
