OMC Nuts & Bolts - Home Depot OK or Volvo?

I am in the process of replacing my manifolds, and would like to replace the nuts and lock washers holding the manifold to the studs.

Now would galvanized nuts from Home Depot work, or do I need to get them from Volvo? Are there quality differences?

Dont know how the zinc would react, I`d go with reg steel or stainless steel items.

I'd go stainless or grade 8, both of which you can find at depot.
