I've got a new to me 20' four winns 200 Horizon with the 5.0. One owner boat and really clean. Aside from a little idle issue took it to the lake and sprung a leak on the trim pump to manifold lines. ( Some how they decided to rest on the exhaust manifold.) Anyhow, the out drive is off as well as the pivot assy. I am some what new to the boating world and am trying to get up to par. I am looking to replace all the rubber bits, looking for a transom service kit. I also need to ID my out drive and haven't had much luck on the world wide web. I would like to put her back together soon with new gaskets, bellows, hoses, fluids and enjoy some more lake time. Been lurking around here for awhile, checked out that hasting omc write up, just trying to clear everything up. Im confused as to exactly what i have so i can search for parts. Oh, and where is a good place to order parts from? I have read the sticky.. the first part for the OMC drive info would not come up for me, just a blank page.
Anyhow thanks

Outdrive - S# T0791890

Just found another sticker on the valve cover of the motor that has the following information. Numbers don't match from the palte on the out drive vs the sticker?

Transom Assembly M# 3868175 S# T351236
Drive unit M# 3868175 S#T00793588
Engine M# 502APHUE S# T01280849

The 502APHUE number is the important one. You order parts knowing that. It is a 1995 model and is the joint venture drive with Volvo.

It is equivalent to a Volvo "HU" model.

Since you have the Cobra SX drive, you don't need the Hastings site. That is for the Cobra dog clutch drives.

Just to be sure what you have, post a picture of your drive.

Buy OEM u-joint bellows.

for online manuals, go to the Volvo section and to the HU section.

I'm on my phone so I can't link a lot of stuff but if you'll look at some of my past posts, I've got downloadable manuals linked in them they cover your drive, fuel system, engine and sx drive. All from the late DonS.

That's pretty much the same setup I'm running. Volvo drive and a Ford 302.

Some of my posts have pics showing the differences between the Omc cobra and the SX drives as well.

Bruce nailed it. That's definitely a Volvo drive. Even though is has OMC on everything, it's a joint venture with Volvo, so just use the HU Volvo manuals. You can order parts as a 95 OMC or a HU series Volvo. They are the same.

The link Bruce gave is to a genuine Volvo HU manual that is much better than the Solec.

Here's a link to your manuals, if you ever need them.

Those are manuals for your fuel system, engine, and drive. They are downloadable and printable (if you ever need to) pdf genuine Volvo manuals that explain pretty much anything you will need for your outdrive.

4 shared isn't a torrent file either, so no viruses when you download them. It's where I got my manuals from.

That's good because the fuel injection and distributor that came with the fuel injected ones are impossible to fix because there are no parts available.

Depends on what you are buying. For maintenance parts like bellows and impellers, I just buy on ebay. For other OEM parts I look around but I buy a few OEM parts off iBoats.
