Omc outdrive identifications

i am working on a 1986 regal with a3.0l omc the lower unit is bad onthe outdrive i think it is a 400 but not sure i found a complete outdrive thats is a1985 off of a inline 6cyl but don’t know if it’s a 400 or 800 thanks

being a 1986, either its a left over 1984 or 1985 drive or its a cobra

also, the 3.0 only got the 400.

there were no in-line 6-cylinder OMC motors in 1985. OMC used the 2.5 and 3.0 4-cylinders along with the 3.8 liter V6 in 1984 and the 4.3 V6 in 1985, and of course teh 5.0 and 5.7 V8's

Thanks for the pics that helps even more i just bought a complete setup from engine back and i was not sure if i had the numbers right 400 cobra etc. that clears that up for me thanks again
