Guy's, Need some Help. I've been working on an old Larson TriHull, 1969 17'.
Needed a new floor to start with, ended up vacuuming out the mulch, and hoisting out the 10 Tons waterlogged foam. Trying to do the job by taking apart as little as possible, so less to put back together. But that ain?t working. I found some rot in the corner of the transom, it is localized, but I don?t want to have to do another tear down in a few years.
I pulled the motor, and lower unit. My question is how do I get this middle section out?
Thought those screws in the back were a ring, and once off, might reveal the next step. But it?s not budging, and I don?t want to tear the bellows.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (Other than scrapping the boat).
Thank in advance for any help you can give.
