Omc sterndrive transom boot trim ring 16-hole

I am in search of this product. OMC STERNDRIVE TRANSOM BOOT TRIM RING 16-HOLE. i found one on ebay but it seems high for what it is? it bolts the transom seal to the transom on a omc stringer system. if anyone knows where to get one of these let me know.

50% of new is about standard price for used parts. Especially ones that are for drives that are very old and the company is out of buisness.
Here you can get a brand new one for only $105 if they still have them.

New ones if you can find it are 150 bucks or so.
Be sure it is the same bolt pattern...That Ebay one looks like a 22 bolt..???
Hard to tell from the pic.
