Omc Tilt Not Working.....aaagh

Thank you to all who helped with the new starter I just put in Now a new problem......The tilt on my out drive (5.7l OMC with a cobra stern drive) wont work...it just 'clicks' I tried checking the 50 amp fuses(2?) looked good,the slave solenoids 3? seemed fine. It is on an '86 Christ Craft, if that matters.... If anyone out there can help that would be great! If it's 'involved" please send a diagram:redface:

on a separate issue...1/2 my gages stopped working(different time table) Volt, speedo and temp all at the same time...is there a common link I should be looking for? or just a ground I will chase for 3 or 4 years b4 I find it?

12 volts on the coil of a relay will make it click, make sure you have 12 volts on both large studs as well. If not, follow wire to fuse or breaker, possibly poor wiring connection.
Gauges have 4 terminals, 12 v, gnd, light, and sender. Check for 12 v (red wire) to gnd, (black wire).
