OMC to Merc Conversion

I have an 91 Stratos 295 originally equipped with a 150 Johnson. What all would have to be changed if I was to buy a Merc 200 Optimax? I would think shifter and shift cables would be a given, but what about steering? Gauges? Thanks and tightlines

Everything associated with the engine except the steering. Controls, guages, wiring harness, fuel lines.
