OMC Voltmeter Terminal Question

I recently bought an OMC Voltmeter on eBay that came with no mounting instructions. Apart from the usual Light and Ground terminal posts, it has one marked "I" and one marked "S".

What is the correct way to hook them up into my boat's wiring? Thanks.

Normally the "I" on a gauge is where you attach the ignition wire, this powers the gauge, the "S" is for the sending unit wire but in this case you don't have/need a sending unit wire, the 12v from the igintion is all you need.
