There are two manuals which cover 70HP 1990 - 2001 engines 2 to 70HP http://boatinfo.no/lib/evinrude/manuals/1990-2001johnsonevinrude.html#/0 1992 - 2001 engines 65 to 300HP http://boatinfo.no/lib/evinrude/manuals/1992-2001johnsonevinrude.html#/0 Give boatinfo links time to load they are slow but do a nice Free job
