One Second Alarm After Cranked

I have a 1995 Evinrude 175hp that I am getting a one second alarm after cranked. It only happens once or twice on a fishing trip. And it only beeps one time after its started. Not talking about the system check beep when you turn the key to the on position. And the motor is still in neutral. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

OMC did have some problems with those horns back in those days. You might have a bad horn.

That's kind of good news and not a major problem. When I turn the key to the on position the system check beep is very faint or can't even hear it. Just can't believe these little buzzer is $80.
