I think my old square ended MichiCraft and AeroCraft could handle it. They've been dragged over (loaded) too many portages and dikes to remember.

They are TOUGH. Not a leak anywhere. The bottoms are a little-rippled.:joyous:

Reminds me of running my old 3hp Gamefisher on the back of my faltback aluminum canoe. She didn't go quite that fast, but pretty plucky all the same. What they're doing isn't all that different from how lots of folks run a type of boat called a Gheenoe. It's sort of a hot rod, flatback, fiberglass Florida canoes on steroids. They can be modded to run up to 40hp motors with jackplates, poling platforms, consoles and the whole nine, but most folks either paddle them and/or run <10hp motors. They can pretty much go anywhere and do anything. Here are some vids.
