Oops........ I hit a Log

In a 300ft wide river I some how found a 15-20ft log (just under the surface of the water). It brought my boat to a halt, and bent the heck outta my prop. I got it started again after a few trys, and was able to idle back to the ramp (about an hour trip) and get it on the trailer. I checked the bent prop, but I also found this black sluge coming from the exhaust port.

When I got home, I flushed the, motor and everything went normal.
I know the prop gotta be replaced.

Is there anything I should be looking for?
Any Tips? Any Advice

Send the prop to a shop, looks fixable.
The sludge is probably due to all the idle, but indicates that your engine is running rather rich.
Clean it up, run a sequence of Sea Foam to clean the inside.
