opinions on tracker pro 16

have a friend wants to buy one of the tracker pro 16. any opinions out there? all i could tell him was to go with max hp

I would consider one, but there are other brands out there that are made better but may cost a little more. For me, Xpress would be very high on my list for that style boat.
