i have a 99 sea ray 180 with the merc 3.0l and alpha one gen 2 combo.

I have a torn shift cable boot that has to be replaced, so while i have it apart, i want to do all they other stuff. so here is the plan

all bellows
shift cable
gimbal
impeller
i will have to replace the lower oil with the impeller installation.

My buddy says he has, or can get all the specific tools, and i have a decent stocked garage.

I know i need oil, and bellows cement.

did i miss anything?

Looks complete to me. Have you given thought to replacing the trim senders? Nows the time!

those the little round guys on the side? if so, they were replaced last year after one quit.

Your list looks good. Yup, those little round guys are the trim limit and senders - if you had them done last year there's no need to do them again. Good luck
