Orifice location on 1995 Johnson 130hp

Hey everyone.

I am in the process of rebuilding the carbs on a 1995 jonson 130. In checking my work I found that 2 of the carbs have the smaller orifice on the top and the larger dia. orifice on the bottom. I followed the manuals directions and took note as to where the go. Now I am confused because the manual says the idle speed orifice should be on the bottom. Should'nt the smaller dia orifice be concidered the idle orifice? Which one goes where?

Any help would be apreciated.

The intermediate jet is almost always a couple size smaller than idle jet. The idle jet is the jet @ 8 oclock and intermediate is @ 11 oclock and main is in bottom bowl. The factory diagram shows both to be the same but there was a infeild update to some that bogged, the intermediates was dropped several sizes(for some reason 22 or 25 comes to mind).
