It will be a little hard for folk to pinpoint your issue/s with little info but the first thing you should do is look at the Johnson/ Evinrude outboard section a number of rungs up the page.
Does the flywheel turn by hand?
do you know whether it has spark?
Do you have a compression tester?
There's a number of different things that could have happened.
The hp size and a bit of info on how the motor had been performing previous to this event would also help.
