Out of business, closed?

Anyone here done business with Twin City Outboards in the last few weeks? Several guys here have recommended them for obsolete outboard parts, but all my email enquiries to them over the last month remain unanswered!<br />I can't figure if they haven't received them for some reason (seems unlikely), have gone out of business, closed for holidays, or simply don't want my business (in which case I wish they'd just tell me!).<br />Someone please tell me what's the secret to dealing with this company?

petrolhead, they're still there. I don't think they ever check that e-mail. Try calling them, they're very helpful. 952-496-1951.

JB, I emailed them using the link from their website, so there should be no problem with the address.<br />DR, any idea what time zone they are in? I wouldn't want to wake someone up calling at some silly time from England! I find it much easier dealing by email if I can, the language barrier can cause all kinds of confusion over the phone. Odd you should say they don't check their email, what's the point of having it?

I've tried their website too and never had any luck. They always answer the phone though. I doubt they are there on the weekends so try on Monday. They are located in Minnesota and I'll guess that they are +7 hours GMT Maybe 6. Call them around 4 or 5 in the afternoon your time and that should be the start of their day. Good luck.

Just for kicks, I just called them.<br />Their hours are <br />Sunday - Closed<br />Monday - Closed<br />Tuesday - 9-7<br />Wednesday - 9-5<br />Thursday - 9-7<br />Friday - 9-5<br />Saturday - 9-1:30<br />All times are CDT<br />They are having e-mail problems and don't check them regularly.<br />If you click on the "Late Model Outboards" tab, you should get to an e-mail address that is working and they do check.<br />The 952-496-1951 number is a current one.<br />Good luck!<br /><br />Charles

I sent them an e-mail on Thursday-last.<br /><br />They replied that they are having virus problems with their e-mail. They were very apologetic.<br /><br />In the meantime, give them a call.<br /><br />952-496-1951
