contact teleflex with the model number of your steering system.
Yamaha had nothing to do with it and you will find no information about it from yamaha.
usually the lower cable is adjusted as nessasary by the second steering cable tube supplied by teleflex that is bolted to the front of the engine.
same as merc,honda,tohatsu,jonny rudes and all others with aftermarket steering.
