outboard issues

So i bought a 1990 Bayliner capri with a 90 hp force. I know I know. but lets get past that. It was cheap. so here is the issue. It starts and runs great!! That is for about 15 mins on the water. I can run WOT for 15 mins then it dies. It will restart but cant give it any gas with out it cutting off. It will limp back. If you let it cool for a while its fine again. Any Ideas? Thanks Chad

Put a timing light on the plug wires when it quits to see if it lost ignition.

OMG, that is exactly like mine problem with 90HP 1997 Force, but I don't have to actually let it cool down, need to try several times to get to WOT.
