Outdrive alignment

Hi 1995 OMC Cobra 5.0
i pulled the drive , new u-joints , gimbal bearing, bellows , drive wouldn’t go back in,
i put alignment tool in after I pulled the drive and it went in , now with new bearing and seal it won’t , I’ve tried adjusting motor mount up and down but here is where I am, how do I get it aligned from here ?

Im cracking up right now, Im on several forums for various things and this the first time ive seen a sub section titled Adult Only with rules and Stickies not dirty Jokes or porn ??? LOL
