Hi Guys I have to do a reseal of my outdrive rubber kit including oil line ( this was the cause of the expensive repair bill) been looking at different kits available genuine mercruiser is nearly $400 Us and they are now made in China amazon has all price kits all made in China is it worth paying a lot more for genuine or!!! your input please thanks Mike

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... In my experiences,... I've gotten 6 to 8 years outa sierra kits, 'n 8 to 10 years outa a Merc kit,....

I did mine last spring with OEM merc kit. Boat is a 2004, original bellows lasted until 2022…. I wouldnt bother with anything but oem…

I'm on year 5 with Sierra, looks brand new. First time around with quicksilver replaced after 9 years, also still looked brand new.
