Outdrive tilt trim

2003 3.0 down trim not working all the time. Checked and didn't notice before wiring was cannibalized. If I fidget with it starts working so wanted to swap entire harness (trim pump, relays, fwd to main harness) prev owner cut relay holder off and spliced in female spades to hook to relays that were taped in place. Haven't been able to track down a pn yet. Also position sensor is toast, broken lead. Been busy unrigging previous owners handy work (ziptie choke open, and other handy things).

I believe the outdrive is an SX, for the relays I would like to just replace harness and have minimal chance of bad connections. If that is not a good idea because of sourcing them a recommendation for relay holders that I can solder and heatshrink in would be appreciated.

trim sensor is a 2 wire setup that I believe 3594989 is the updated number on. Didn't know if there is a good aftermarket since oem is 200

Cleaned up harness and swapped relays, still dead.

Jumped +and motor wire and works so motor good, tried with relay and didn't work tried some more creative jumpering and worked. Problem is switch on throttle. Wiggled it a bit and started working.
