Outdrive won't hold oil

I'm new to this forum. I need help. I bought a 1982 Renken with the old OMC (the one with the big boot). The outdrive oil keeps leaking out. Its been taken apart twice and all the seals have been replaced. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions?

Pressure test will tell ya where its coming out...You sure your seals are in correct?Back to back?
