over heating buzzed at 4200 rpm

have the problen now
is it a big deal to take off and replease the heads ????
i have a 1996 200
the engine is great
also i have not used it that much and i feel that the carbs should be cleaned is the a big deal.

Always a guess whether a salt water motor is going to give you a hard time with corroded bolts. Have you serviced the water pump?
